Hello,

Any idea on how to avoid sending an email while using the "update incident" wizard ?
- description is updated, ok
- an empty email is sent (why ?)

Hello,
Make "Reply to" mandatory to have always a recipient.
Or make fields 'not to be dispay' for the last page (email sending) of the wizard.
