REST and CI tab

Hi,

Is it possible to use REST services to assign CIs under "CI" tab in EasyVista's incident?

We can create and update an incident using REST, but just in-case we would like to link more CIs to the incident, we would like to have the option to link them using REST. I browsed through EV Wiki but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Anyways, is this even possible at this moment?

There's not a buildin function to link SD_REQUEST and AM_ASSET then you should probably use PUT  /requests/{rfc_number} and store in external_reference NETWORK_IDENTIFIER or ASSET_TAG of CI.
Then trigger this update in a business rule to insert into SD_REQUEST_ASSET

Note : SD_REQUEST_ASSET.ASSIGNMENT_NATURE is not used
