Write an entry to the history section at the bottom of an Action

Hi,

We are generating a custom reminder notification using an Alert, a Business Rule and a Related Process.  This notification will include the text from a field in the Action.  We would like to write a line into the history section at the bottom of the ticket when this notification is sent and either have a plus symbol (+) to expand it and show the whole notification like those generated for open and close notifications generated from a workflow, or at a minimum at least have a line indicating that an email has been sent and including the content from the one field from the Action that we are including in the email.  Does anyone know of a way we can do this?

Hello,
There no "creation task" in workflow of business rule (but we hope that Easyvista store action of BR in the request in the futur version). Then you must create an internal step to "insert into am_action" of related request.
