Default subject in FO new incident

Hello community,

We have configured an incident catalog entry as default entry for front office users (self service). Now, I would like to have a group in the company be assigned another incident catalog entry in their self-service, so we can start a different workflow.

There is the possibility of having them choose a CI (service) associated to this incident category but most users don't know about CIs

Is there a way to do so, via a group, department or profile ... ?

Hello,

Under catalog incident (SD_CATALOG) you can identify CI linked to that catalog then you can create a question that will propose this list of CI...
