We need to notify the recipient when an equipment is borrowed for more than 30 days. We tried to used an alert but it sends a report where we can see all the users and requests.

It's possible to notify individually each person, naming the number of the request?

Hello,
You may create an alerte that will schedule the verification of equipement. If an equipement borrowed for more 30d, then update AVAILABLE_FIELD_X (to notify user by BR).

Create a business rule triggered by AM_ASSET.AVAILABLE_FIELD_X update and notify user (and erase AVAILABLE_FIELD_X for next schedule)

Paula--We do this as well and also have the email copied to the request as proof when a user has been notified multiple times.  Our WF/Alert/BRule process notifies them multiple times, then contacts management.

It's better to show a proof that a email has been sent.
