Questionnaires
#1
Hello,

We have some workflows that have a questionnaire to be filled by the user.

However, when the requests are received by email they go to our group responsible for sorting them to the right technicians.

When the request is received by email, it needs to be requalified to the proper subject. The question is: can we requalify the request without having to fill the questionnaire? It should be only presented to the user and not to our technicians that doesn't have the information needed.

Thank you!

Hi,

what do you intend to do with the requests once requalified ? If users don't have back office access, they won't be able to fill in the questionnaire on a workflow step.

I would advise for closing the request and specifying to users that such request types must go through self service.

The users can insert a request directly in Easyvista through our catalogue or via e-mail.
When the requests are received via e-mail, they are sent to a group responsible to requalify them in the right subject.

We can associate a questionnaire to a workflow. If we requalify the request in a subject which workflow has a questionnaire, the person that is requalifying needs to answer this questionnaire.

I was hoping that we could only present this questionnaire to the final user and not to the backoffice technician.

You can use SQL Condition in your questionnaire. In attached screenshot, the condition would check on the user profile. The question would only show if the connected user has a profile that starts with Admin.
You can easily adapt it to limit questions to end user profile, or to a particular group. Or even use it negatively to hide questions from a particular group.

Thank you very much!
This solution helps with this situation.
