We want to test the creation of tickets by TSA. I defined TSA in Easyvista Sandbox but it doesn't work.
If I configure TSA in production it works fine.

Is there any parameter that I need to configure in Sandbox?

Hello,
There'nt difference beetween TSA PROD and Sandbox (work in the same way).
Check if TSA is active in Sandbox and if mailbox is scanned (in Administration/TSA)

Don't use same mailbox (because the first that catch email create ticket)
Verify parameter of TSA in Sandbox

The TSA is active in Sandbox and mailbox is scanned. The parameters are the same as production environment, but still emails are not accepted in Sandbox.

Verify is employee that send email is correctly record in sandbox (we erase email of employee in sandbox...)

If Saas, ask to your local support, if onpremise, active log (smoserver/ast_plugin.ini)
