[reportings] List of tickets assigned by the hotline operators (to technicians)

Hi All,
I have to create a report to list the number of tickets assigned per day by the hotline operators to the others groups of technicians and for each technicians the assigned tickets.
Can anyone help me to do it?

Hello,
First know your data:
What a assignement action? are action_type 64 or action_label_en "Assignment"
What a assignement by hotline operation ? action that have group_id=(select group_id from am_group where group_en='hotline')

Then criteria are action_type_id=64 and group_id=(select group_id from am_group where group_en='hotline'). Add a period of time : end_date_ut>01/01/2019

What i want to see? Action processed by hotline
Then i must used "actions operation" like parent request of my report

Create a filter with criteria
Create a view, use end_date_ut with "day calendar" grouping level
