Hello,

We have Easyvista exposed to outside (Internet). It as working but, this week, everytime we try to login it shows a message: "Invalid login/password".

What causes this error?

For clarification, are you referring to a SAAS hosted envrionment? If so, have you confirmed that the link you're using is the one provided by EV, and not an internal single-sign-on?

It's solved. It was a change in the port in the authentication configuration.
