Oxygen Interface: Recent History in Command Bar
#1
Is there a way to customize the data that appears when you are looking at the recent history in the command bar?  For instance, when I click the search bar, I see an incident icon, the word "Incident" and the creation date.  This is somewhat helpful, but the ticket number would be very helpful.  I looked at the Search Studio settings and searches come up as expected, so I guess the search settings do not affect this list.

The strange thing is that sometimes I actually see the ticket/incident number instead of the creation date and I'm not sure why those are different.

In Oxygen you change what appears in the search bar/history by changing the Overview for the related item.

Ok, got it.  So for anyone wanting to know what this is, you have to edit the view for the list that the "Overview" section (top section) of the Incident Form (in my case) uses.  Mine was using a view called "Overview".  I then pulled up a list of tickets and edited the "Overview" view.  Once I moved Ticket Number to the first column, it did the trick.  However, you won't see it in action until after you view the next ticket.

As for the tickets that were appearing correctly, they must have been pulled up using a different form.  Just remember to update the views that your forms use in the "Overview" section.

Thanks, Jack, for your help.
