Private Questionnaire answers

Our HR department would like to use Service connect to request some services.
But either the service request or the questionnaire may have private information.

Is there a way where only admins and the hr department can see those requests and/or questionnaires?

You should use "Domain" : It acts as a kind of permanent filter that applies when connecting to ServiceManager, built on restriction criteria related to location, entity, hardware category and incident / request subject

1/ Create a Domain "HR" and add criteria related to HR incident/request subject
2/ Associate this domain with HR users
3/ Create a Domain "All but not HR" and add criteria related to incident/request subject except HR subject
4/ Associate this domain with other users

A user can be associated with one or more domains.
