Name of logged in Agent in Email Template
#1
We use a number of email templates in EasyVista. Each is based off SD_REQUEST. I am curious if anyone has built a way to variable the LAST_NAME of the agent who is sending the email so that the email signature:

Thank you,

#[name_variable]#
Help Desk Agent

appears in the email like:

Thank you,

Matthew Rajotte
 Help Desk Agent

We have done this with email templates based on AM_ACTION by linking the DONE_BY_ID, however this doesn't work for templates based on SD_REQUEST.

Because SD_REQUEST.LAST_DONE_BY_ID is only used when update SD_REQUEST (not when an action is create or update). Not sur if a that of "LAST_NAME of connected user" is exist...
