TSA - Set cc as recipient

Hi,

Does anybody know if it's possible to set the CC of an incoming email as the recipient of a newly created ticket by using the TSA?

Situation:
- Always the same user will send an email to the TSA address with another person (the recipient) in CC
- The sender will be set as the requestor of the new ticket
- I would like to set the person in CC as the recipient of the ticket

Hello,

First you need to add parameter '{SM} Gestion du TO et du CC' (Easyvista support do it for you)

When it's done, you will see on incomming email the TO and CC in the description field in boldface ; create a first step on your workflow and add a SQL script to store/convert CC email into recipient_id (i hope that you are/have a good DBA).

Tips : Use CHARINDEX twice and if exists (to be sure to store right value)
