Attachments in full text search

Hi,
I have a question about the full text search. It is giving attachments as a result. It also shows attachments to tickets that are not part of the domain specified for the user.

Is there any way to exclude the attachments from the search results?
Some of the attachments contain sensitive data and that's why the domains are setup. As a workaround we disabled the Full text search

Hello,

I have not yet reproduced the problem, you can find the indexed documents in the "administration/parameters/document indexing" menu.
Perhaps with a business rules you can desactivated the indexation of document for some kind of ticket.

Please find the list of indexable document type
