Hello

There is any way to modify questionnaire fields at ticket form without finish action an go on to next workflow step?
Edit at ticket form (HD_ACTIONS or DialogHD_RequestFullfilment) on the "Questions/Responses" tab...

Hello,
You can't add a button "questions/responses" on Request/Incident (because wizard link with AM_ACTION.ACTION_ID) but you can add a button "questions/responses" on Action :
1/ Edit form
2/ Add a icon
3/ Properties
Alias : <what you want>
Key : AM_ACTION.ACTION_ID
Wizard: SYS - Exec Questionnaire From Interface
Width : 150

Remarque that you must link the questionnaire on action in a workflow's step and you can edit "questions/responses" anytime (even if action is closed, that fact is sometime dangerous).
