ROOT CAUSE field query in the wizard "WF-FINISH QUALIFICATION"
#1
I'm trying to modify the Wizard “APPROVAL (WF - FINISH QUALIFICATION)” root cause field properties (using the “Override the Combo Query” option), to show ONLY the root causes available/assigned to the category selected in the same wizard step in the “CATEGORY” field... but with no success L

Any tip, idea, workaround,…? Or at least anybody knows if it’s possible?

Thanks Philippe for your support/so much appreciated recommendations/tips!!

With your proposed query (and the @ID@ tip), the ROOT CAUSE shows the ticket category available root causes
(I will remember for next time I will try to update any wizard field/query)

But the bad news are:
  • When the new ticket category is selected in the wizard... the ticket SD_REQUEST.SD_CATEGORY_ID field is not updated (until we finish the Wizard), and therefore the root cause combo continue showing the original ticket category root causes... not the authorized ones for the new selected category.
Then, it seems the categories "Authorized root causes" functionality doesn't work for the "close operation" workflow action/wizard  Sad

Hello,
Perhaps you can create a questionnaire attached to the last action (operation process); multi-section questionnaire that display in first section the new catalog and second section root cause authorized for this catalog.

Note : there is no question of a tree structure ...
