Other recipients

Hi, 

We need a functionality to add other recipients to be informed of the ticket's lifecycle.
We have created a field in SD_REQUEST to add emails as follow:

email1@mail.com;email2@mail.com;email3@mail.com;email4@mail.com; etc...

We have created a role to get that info and using it in workflows to send a mail to those recipients. 

For workflows and BR it works fine, but we want also add this fonctionnality to wizards, for example "Send email to requestor" add this emails in CC.

I've tried using tags with AVAILABLE_FIELDS or external fields but it doesn't work.

Do you know if it's possible or anyone of you reached to have this behaviour?

Hello,
Wizard are not really customizable, best solution is to capture the use of the wizard via a business rule and then trigger the mail in the process of it.
