EV Voice - Support for an idea

Hello all,

I've added to the EV Voice suggestion here: https://easyvista.uservoice.com/forums/6...ards-based

ORIGINAL SUGGESTION:
Since we're using Easyvista to support different Business Units, we were faced with limitation of the fact that the wizards are the same to all the domains, and that we could not customize it based on the domain, or giving it different name. Basically, the wizard should have the same concept of the form.

MY ADDITIONS:
I would like to offer the suggestion that Wizards be allow to be customized similar to forms. We only have one domain, but many different business units with different needs. This has forced us to be so generic with our wizards that they're not as useful as they could be. Some units require a lot of the UI to be stripped out, others want additional fields and commenting enabled. If we could update a wizard for IT Incident assignment (based upon catalog/category) and another for a different department, that would be extremely useful.
