We are new to EV so bear with me with terminology. We are using Service Apps for our customer portal. We have it setup with the standard template where they can search for instance a printer and add it to "purchase". We have access requests setup this way as well, but because it is only one item per request, people are frustrated when they need to request access for multiple applications because an FTE moved to a different department.
We have onboarding setup in there, but not sure if that is onboarding.
Anyone else using this same scenario and has an idea how they handled requests like this? Is it possible to be able to add multiple items per request through Apps?
Thanks!

Welcome!
The easiest way is to create a questionnaire with the various options you need for a moving FTE. In the workflow create conditional steps to create actions for each item selected in the questionnaire. The action gets created and routed to the appropriate group if the item is checked in the questionnaire.
There is another way, where the questionnaire creates separate requests instead of actions. This is more involved and would likely require professional services if you're new to ev as it is an advanced solution.
However for most the ability to conditionally create actions is all that is needed.

Thanks for the reply.
We have an onboarding workflow that opens multiple actions.
The question is really about having multiple items per request. For instance, say a customer wants to purchase a laptop and a printer. Right now they have to put in two requests. We want to be able to have multiple items per request. (I know best practice is one per ticket, but go with me

)

Service Apps does not have a shopping cart feature. However some clients are bundling related items in a request. The questionnaire could prompt if you need a case or docking station or monitor when requesting a laptop.
But to your point...it is not a true shopping cart and the bundle options would be predetermined by you in the questionnaire.
