Link to request
#1
Hello!

I tried to set a link so that the user can directly access the request when the request is solved. I have configured a 'send email' action.

The link configuration is:
http://easyvista/autoconnect_mail.php?field1=5C0F051E590F056F1C&field2=&field4=%7BA9F375CC-B857-4764-A0F2-F943FFF222C0%7D&field5=ViewDialog&field6=REQUEST_ID&field7=RFC_NUMBER

When I click the link, it follows to the main page of easyvista. What am I missing?

Thank you!

Hello, you should care about dialog (administration>manage access>auto connect link)
DialogHD_incidents : For technicien
DialogFO_incidents : For end user

Field6 must be #RFC_NUMBER# (ticket number)

If you have SSO, then you should land on ticket, if not, you must have a authentification page with password required//not sure).
