Customer can update ticket through Service Apps
Good Morning, gang.

I have a question regarding whether a customer can update a ticket that they already submitted through the service app.  Basically, if we find that not enough information was given on a particular ticket or if some of the information is incorrect, we would like the customer to be able to update it.  I'm a little perplexed as to how this can be accomplished from the Service App, however.  Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
